| What is IM (Instant Message) and how does it work? |
IM (Instant Message) is one of the services of AntheaClub.com
to enable you send a message to a Member when he or she is online. In
order to send an Instant Message to a member, both of you must be
registered members with a fully completed profile and online at the same
time.
You can send an Instant Message either through the "Who's Online". Members name will appear in the "Who's Online"
box and under the Instant Message menu will be an Instant Message icon.
Click on the icon corresponding to the Member you wish to send the
Instant Message to. An
Instant Message box will pop up allowing you to send an Instant Message
to the member who is at this time online.
Another possible way of sending an Instant Message to a member is
through Members Profile preview. When the member is online, there you
can find the Instant Message icon as well as an (active) title "instant message". Just click on it as explained above.
In order to be able to send and receive an Instant Message you need to
deactivate any POPUP Killer or ANTI POPUP program running on your PC just in case you are
having one.
Send an Instant Message to yourself to ensure your Instant Message is
working correctly or whether you are ready to send and receive an
Instant Message. |
